Thinking about getting your real estate license? Now accepting applications for our real estate salesperson scholarship program! Participants will receive free pre licensing courses for Wisconsin (72 hours) or Minnesota (90 hours). Courses must be completed within 120 days of purchase. Once licensed, applicants agree to work with our brokerage for at least 12 months and receive one on one training with a manager.
